It is now being taught all over the world as a coping skill to manage all types of stress and to bring more joy into people’s lives.
Learn how to access and let go of the mind traps that keep you locked in stressful patterns of reactivity. Come develop a skill that will help keep stress at bay, reset your physiological baseline, and integrate your practice in daily life. You’ll feel calmer, happier and more aware of the present moment. This is an experiential seminar where everyone present will actively participate in the exercises.
Led by Julia Brochocka, Mindfulness Instructor, these workshops are free and open to both people living with mental illness and their families and loved ones.
