Programs & Support

AMI-Quebec offers a wide menu of programs and activities to help you better cope with the challenges of mental illness in your family. Some programs are for family caregivers only, while others are mixed and welcome both caregivers and individuals with a lived experience of mental illness. Our programs are available across Quebec (via telephone or internet), and our office is in Montreal.

Support groups do not require registration, but many workshops do, and participation is on a first-come, first-served basis. This section of our website details our various programs and how to access them. Please click on the blue links below for more information. In many cases you can determine the right program for you and register on your own (using the registration forms on program pages or by calling us at 514-486-1448).

If you aren’t sure which program is right for you, we can guide you. To help us steer you in the right direction, you can fill in the form below or call us at 514-486-1448 (1-877-303-0264 outside Montreal). One of our team members will be in touch.
