Meditation

Coping with a loved one's mental illness can be difficult and stressful. Meditation can help--sign up for this online workshop series.

Caring Kids: Expressing Big Feelings About Home

This workshop is for kids aged 5 to 12 who have a loved one who has a disability, mental health challenges or chronic illness. We will use creative expression to explore what care means in different families, to talk about healthy coping skills and self-care, and to build confidence.

Boundaries & Setting Limits

It is tough to set and understand boundaries in relationships. In this workshop, family caregivers will practice setting boundaries while respecting their loved one's limits.
