Our weekly walking group is open to all friends of AMI, all abilities. Physical activity can be a path to improved mental health--come discover it for yourself.

Hands On Practice for Challenging Situations

Do you feel stuck and scared when it comes to interacting with your loved one who lives with mental illness? In this workshop we will practice how to deal with difficult situations that come up in our day to day lives.

My Story: Giving Families Hope

In this workshop, hear a first-hand story of the hope that you may be missing as you cope with mental illness in your loved one. Diana struggled with severe depression and OCD for over 20 years. Her recovery story can help you face what you're going through.
