In this workshop, hear a first-hand story of the hope that you may be missing as you cope with mental illness in your loved one. Know that life can improve and that what you’re living through today may not be what you experience tomorrow. The personal stories in this workshop series will encourage conversation where we’ll talk together about what we’re going through.

Register now to join us on May 28th and hear Diana’s story. She struggled with severe depression and OCD for over 20 years. It was a long road back to health, but you’ll be inspired by her recovery story. She will answer your questions and give you some suggestions to improve your own mental health.
