“My Story” is an ongoing series where members of the AMI-Quebec community share their own personal stories of hope.
Register now to hear Diana’s story. She struggled with severe depression and OCD for over 20 years. It was a long road back to health, but you’ll be inspired by her recovery story. She will answer your questions and give you some suggestions to improve your own mental health.
These events are interactive, engaging, and include resources for those in need. They are for family and friends of someone living with mental illness only.
The evening will be hosted by Marc, AMI’s program coordinator.
