Conflict is a normal part of all human relationships, but that doesn’t make it any easier, and there is added complexity for families and friends of people living with mental illness. This interactive workshop offers practical tools and opportunities to roleplay scenarios in a supportive environment, which will help participants become more confident in navigating conflict.
