Getting older while still having to take care of a loved one with mental health conditions can be difficult. Workshop participants will discuss the challenges of providing care to a loved one with mental health challenges while aging into senior years. Practical information and coping strategies will be shared and explored; themes include making difficult choices, creating a circle of support, dealing with legal concerns, aging and self-care, grief, establishing boundaries, etc. Family caregivers age 55 years and over are welcome.

This workshop consists of 3 sessions–ideally, you should attend all three.
