Self Care Lab
As a caregiver, do you sometimes feel helpless, exhausted, confused, anxious, looking for a way to recharge and reconnect with yourself so that you may continue supporting a loved one struggling with a mental health issue?
AMI is offering a new program: Self-Care Lab for Caregivers. Monthly online sessions for caregivers who would like to experience a variety of short, simple and accessible body-based practices.
Practices that focus on the body can help you find the resources within you to cope with stress and challenging situations. Make friends with what your body holds in a caring and supportive environment. Explore a deeper connection to your body, sensations and feelings.
As you experiment with these simple body-centered practices, we hope you will be inspired to integrate them into your daily life.
The monthly online group will be held at lunchtime (12–1:00), and no registration is required. You may join us from home or during your lunch break! Come any time and stay for as long as you like. We look forward to seeing you!
