My Story: Hope After Suicide
“My Story” is an ongoing series where members of the AMI-Quebec community share their own personal stories of hope.
“Hope After Suicide” is the story of Marc, our program coordinator, and the challenges he faced growing up in the wake of his father’s suicide.
Marc will talk about the power of vulnerability, support groups, therapy, exercise, and community that have led him to where he is today.
These events are interactive, engaging, and include resources for those in need. They are for family and friends of someone living with mental illness only.
The evening will be hosted by Diana, administration and communication at AMI.
