In this workshop, we will discuss emotional regulation, which refers to the way we deal with feelings like frustration, rage, anxiety, or low mood. You will learn a few strategies to help manage strong emotions in challenging situations as you support a loved one who is living with a mental health issue. These tools will come in handy when your loved one is having a tough time regulating their emotions, and they can also help you find a better emotional balance.
