Do you care about someone who lives with Borderline Personality Disorder or has difficulty regulating their emotions? In this workshop, we will discuss emotional regulation, which refers to the way we deal with feelings like frustration, rage, anxiety, or low mood. You will learn a few strategies to help manage strong emotions in challenging situations as you support a loved one who is living with a mental health issue. These tools will come in handy when your loved one is having a tough time regulating their emotions, and they can also help you find a better emotional balance.
