Tele-workshops are information sessions on mental health related issues offered over the telephone. You call in to hear an expert present a topic and you will also have an opportunity to ask questions. This outreach program is especially ideal for families living in remote communities where access to English services may be difficult.
This year our tele-workshops will be a series on specific mental illnesses. For each illness we will talk about what it is, where it comes from, how it affects both the ill person and those around them, how it is treated, and more. Please see below for our upcoming workshops!
