Anxiety Resources

Anxiety disorders affect approximately 7 to 15 percent of the population. Fortunately, these illnesses generally respond well to treatment and the majority of people who struggle with anxiety experience significant relief from their symptoms.

AMI-Quebec has a support group for both people who suffer from an anxiety disorder and their families and friends. For more information click here. To explore all our programs, click here.
