Anger/Abuse/Violence Resources

Did you know that someone who suffers from mental illness is far more likely to be the victim of violence than the perpetrator? For help dealing with violence, anger, or abuse, please see below.

If you have been mandated by the court to take an anger management course, click HERE to find places that may be able to help.

Please note: AMI-Quebec helps families cope with mental health problems and illnesses in a loved one. We do not have services for anger management. Contact the organizations below for help.
