Grief and Bereavement

Losing someone dear to you can be a difficult experience. If you need support, please consult one of the organizations below. Funeral homes may also provide resources.

Please note: AMI-Quebec helps families cope with mental health problems and illnesses in a loved one. You might find help at one of our support groups but we do not have groups specifically for bereavement. Contact the organizations below for help.
