Students

If you are a student and need help with your mental health, one of the best places to start is your school. We have listed a selection of Montreal-area universities and CEGEPs here, but you can always speak to your guidance counsellor or ask a teacher for help. You can also find help on our Youth resource list; click here.

Our Young Adults support group is for anyone aged 18-35 who is struggling with their mental health or who cares about someone who is. Click here for details.

Are you a young person who takes care of a loved one, or do you know someone who does? Click here to learn about young carers and click here for resources for young carers.
