Schizophrenia
Schizophrenia affects mental processes such as thinking and judgment, sensory perception, and the ability to appropriately interpret and respond to situations. About one percent of the adult population has schizophrenia.
If you have a loved one who is suffering from schizophrenia, AMI-Quebec can help! Click HERE for information about our family counselling program, HERE for our workshops, or HERE for our support groups (Family and Friends for caregivers, or Kaleidoscope for people with any mental illness).
