Family Support and Organizations

Support can make a significant difference to families who have a loved one living with mental illness. These organizations can help.

AMI-Quebec has many programs to help families cope with mental illness in a loved one. Consider attending one of our support groups (for family members, friends, or people living with mental illness), a workshop, or booking an appointment with one of our counsellors (for family members only).
