2SLGBTQIA+

Issues surrounding sexuality, sexual orientation, and gender identity can cause symptoms of anxiety or depression. 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals can experience poor mental health outcomes as the result of prejudice and other biases they struggle against and the accompanying trauma they may experience. If you or someone you love is struggling with issues surrounding their sexuality, please contact the organizations below.

New in 2025: We are excited to announce our newest support group! Queer Group is a free, online, monthly support group for 2SLGBTQIA+ people who struggle with their mental health, or who care about someone who does. Click here for details.

Please note: AMI-Quebec helps families cope with mental health problems and illnesses in a loved one. Although everyone is welcome to use our services (where applicable), we do not have other services specifically for issues surrounding sexuality and sexual orientation. Contact the organizations below for help.
